Strength and Balance Films

Five films have been created for the FARSEEING project by Alistair Macdonald

The strength and balance exercises demonstrated are:

  • Heel raises to kitchen cupboard
  • Sit to stand
  • Seated knee strengthener
  • Shoulder mobility exercise
  • Side hip strengthener
