Enrico Valtolina obtained a degree in computer Engineering (Milan politechnic); he worked as a consultant and PhD student at the Department of Electronics and Information of Politecnico di Milano. From 2000 he began his career at the R&D dept of Bticino SpA as a software developer, then become a project leader and his main goals was to develop embedded Linux-based devices.
Finally, in 2010 he changed his role in ”Partnership and System Integration Manager.” He is responsible of the web community MyOpen (www.myopen-legrandgroup.com), defines the evolution and the management of the community, in order to have an ecosystem that creates value for all participants. Moreover, he manages projects in which interoperability between Bticino Home Automation system and technologies/devices of other companies are requested.
