Dr Helen Hawley-Hague publishes work on adherence to exercise
Dr Helen Hawley-Hague (a FARSEEING partner) and colleagues from the University of Manchester have published work looking at older adults adherence to exercise classes. Although, this study did not consider technologies it still provides an interesting insight into how we can improve adherence to exercise, including the importance of attitudes and group cohesion.
